We took a scattered mix of on-premise and cloud services and merged them into a single, unified AWS environment—ECS for containerized workloads, RDS PostgreSQL, Redis, and S3 all wired together with Terraform. Before going live, we stress-tested everything: k6 load scenarios, WebSocket performance checks, and end-to-end headless browser tests. Two isolated environments (production and staging), automated CI/CD pipelines, and WAF-backed security hardening. Delivered in four months.

We re-architected the Medusa infrastructure, migrating fragmented services to AWS while implementing Terraform for infrastructure-as-code (IaC). Separate production and staging environments were automated with CI/CD pipelines, ensuring seamless deployments.

To validate scalability and performance, we integrated k6 load testing, WebSocket performance tuning, and end-to-end headless browser tests. The result: a cost-efficient, high-performance, and secure infrastructure ready to handle high-traffic demands—all consolidated into a single, manageable cloud ecosystem.
